Rates are based on double occupancy on the Standard Rooms, One bedroom Cabins, and the One Bedroom Townhouses with One Queen Bed. Rates are based on four people occupancy on the remaining accommodation types. Extra people over the age of six are $10/night plus tax. Children 6 yrs. & under are free Pets welcome! Additional $10 charge/night.
Access to our outdoor pools is included in your stay. Giant waterslide and Minigolf access are extra at a discount for our guests (please see prices below).

More Information ...

* 2012 Season:

The Minigolf will re-open on May 2012, weather permitting.
The Pools and Waterslide are now closed for the winter. They will re-open for the season in JUNE, 2012.

Cancellation Policy: one night deposit is required for every three nights booked. For cancellations made with five days or more notice from arrival date, deposit will be refunded less $25 administration fee. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than five days notice or "no shows". For group bookings of 4 or more rooms/sites combined, one month notice applies instead of five days.
